The society’s mission is to restore neglected waterways and ensure a resilient future for Highland wildlife and farms. Our vision for 2026–2031 is to transition watershed management from centralized bureaucracy to local stewardship, ensuring ecological integrity and salmon habitat preservation.

Habitat Recovery

Restore spawning grounds to support the resurgence of local salmon populations and aquatic biodiversity.

Advocacy & Local Control

Decentralize river management by establishing local boards to replace centralized government control by 2030.

Climate Resilience

Reduce local flooding by 30% through comprehensive bank stabilization and natural floodplain restoration projects.
